Custom Stickers - Full Refund Guarantee

We are committed to ensuring that you love your custom stickers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your custom stickers, we will offer a full refund within 14 days of the product being delivered. The steps for receiving a refund are as follows:

  1. Return the product: The customer must return the product to us at the following address:

  2. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned product in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund promptly. Please note that the shipping cost for returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Large Sized Banners - Final Sale

Due to the custom nature of our large banners, all banner sales are final once shipped. We strongly recommend that you carefully review your proof before approval to ensure that everything is exactly as you want it. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for large banners once they have been shipped unless there is an error on our part.

Refunds for Errors on Our Part

We take great care in producing your orders. However, if we make a mistake on your custom order, we will be happy to correct it. Refunds or exchanges will be issued if the following occurs:

  • Incorrect printing: If the product you received does not match the approved proof, we will correct it or issue a full refund.

  • Damaged items: If your stickers or banners arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will either replace the item or issue a refund.

  • Shipping errors: If we ship your order to the wrong address or make an error in the shipping process, we will correct it at no cost to you.

How to Request a Refund or Return

Exclusions

  • Custom designs approved by the customer and produced correctly (per the proof) are not eligible for a refund.
